Troubleshooting

Contact support

If the guides here did not solve it, a human will. Here is how to reach support and what to include.

Most questions are answered by the articles in this help center, but some things need a person. When that is the case, you can reach support directly — there is a real human on the other end, not a ticket queue that goes nowhere.

How to reach us

Email Jorge, who builds and runs Coco, at jorge.herrera.rojas@gmail.com. A dedicated in-app support flow is on the way, but for now email is the fastest path to a fix, and it goes straight to someone who can actually change things.

What to include

The more context you give, the faster this goes. Where you can, include:

  • What you were trying to do — "send a reply," "connect my calendar," "find an email about the renewal."
  • What happened instead — the exact error text if there was one. Google's sign-in errors in particular tell us a lot, so copy the wording.
  • When it started — roughly when it last worked, if it used to.
  • What you already tried — so we do not send you in a circle.

What not to send

Please do not email passwords, card numbers, or full copies of sensitive mail. Support never needs your password or your card details to help, and Coco would never ask for them — if a message claiming to be from Coco asks for those, treat it as suspicious. A description of the problem is almost always enough; if we need more, we will ask for something specific and safe.

Before you write

A quick scan of the troubleshooting guides solves many issues on the spot: sign-in errors, a stuck sync, an empty brief, or a missing item. If none of them fit, write in — that is exactly what support is for.
