Account management

How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel anytime, in a few clicks, and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

There is no cancellation form to fill out and no email you have to send. Cancelling is self-service through the billing portal, and it takes about a minute.

How to cancel

  • Open Coco and go to Settings → Billing.
  • Choose Manage billing. This opens your secure billing portal, run by our payments provider.
  • Select Cancel plan and confirm.

That is it. You will see a confirmation in the portal, and a receipt-style email confirming the cancellation.

What happens next

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not cut you off immediately — you keep full access to Coco until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that date, Coco stops syncing your mail and calendar and the daily brief stops.

Your data after cancelling

Cancelling billing is not the same as deleting your account. Your data stays in place in case you come back, and your account simply becomes inactive at the end of the period. If you want everything removed, that is a separate, deliberate step — see delete your account. If you would like a copy of what Coco holds before you go, see export your data.

Changing your mind

If you cancel and then decide to stay, you can resubscribe from the same Billing screen before or after your access ends. If you come back before the period ends, nothing is interrupted at all. If you come back later, Coco picks up where it left off and re-syncs.

Trouble reaching the portal

If the Manage billing button does not load, it is usually a brief provider hiccup — wait a moment and try again. If it persists, contact support and we will sort it out directly.
